We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of our digital properties and may modify or discontinue features where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, or operations.

You represent that information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to engage on behalf of yourself or your organization. You will not misuse our services, attempt unauthorized access, or use them in violation of trade sanctions, export controls, or other applicable regulations—including UAE Federal Law No. 20 of 2018 on AML/CFT and Cabinet Decision No. 16 of 2021 (as amended), where applicable to our activities.

We may suspend or refuse service where we reasonably believe there is a legal, compliance, or security risk.

You will not use AIGT services to facilitate transactions that violate applicable sanctions, export controls, or AML/CFT laws. You agree to provide accurate beneficial ownership information and to cooperate with screening and documentation requests.

We may block, reject, or report activity where required by competent authorities or where internal risk policies indicate heightened exposure.

Content on this site (including branding, text, and layout) is owned by AIGT or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy or exploit it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Our website and general communications are provided for information purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in a written contract between you and AIGT.

Liability arising from these Terms or your use of our general digital services—where not excluded by law—shall be limited as permitted under the governing law of the relevant agreement or, in the absence of such agreement, to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law.
